Then you have to wait for a tech to come out and charge $55.00 to $85.00 per hour plus travel, so your first visit can be the whole hour plus the travel fee which can add 1/2 of the hour to your bill which could be as high as $120.00 just to walk in the door. Yes we put a STOP to the high cost of computer repair. We charge by the 1/2 hour and our rates are $40.00 per hour and no travel fees for our remote support.
